Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Must be 18+ to attend the HOME BASS event.

 

When is check-in/ check-out?

Check-In is set for 4pm each day – based on day of check-in.  We will allow guests to check-in to rooms that are clean and ready but we cannot guarantee check-in.

In the event that the guest guests here early and we do not have the room available, we will hold luggage, and give them a call once the room is ready.

 

Can you accommodate extra night stays at the resort?

Absolutely…  We have a very special $89 room rate + taxes & fees ($15 resort fee) option for WEDS & SUNDAY night that includes your Sunday night resort stay, and access to our rewind and recharge event that will take place in the convention center attached and the on-site pool party.

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We offer shuttle bus transportation to the festival! If you choose to drive to the resort we highly recommend purchasing the shuttle package to the event. This will avoid parking fees around Tinker Field and allow you to party responsibly, without anyone having to drive intoxicated.

Shuttle Times run:

12 pm – 6 pm Every Hour (5-10 shuttles running at every hour) Nov 9th, 2018

12pm – 6pm Every Hour (5-10 shuttles running at every hour) Nov 10th, 2018

Returns starting at 10:30pm 1:30 am each night (gives you half an hour to get to the bus pick up location that will be determined when the date gets closer).

Parking at the resort is included in your reservation.

 

But I want see the last set of the artists will there be late shuttles that can take us back so we don’t feel rushed?

Yes, we are having a handful of buses waiting back after the last set and the last shuttle will return at 1am-1:30am.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

All resort/shuttle packages are transferable at a fee of $25 per transfer but nonrefundable.

If you can no longer make it on a trip with us and going to transfer the spot to another festival goer you will need to Email: info@musicfestivaltrips.com with your full name and order number as well as the full name and email of the person you sold your spot to and a staff member will get in contact with you to confirm the transfer.

 

Is food included in any of the events?

Very important to understand that the events are exclusive to only festival attendees but meals are not inclusive, meals & beverages are separate and can be purchased through the awesome resort outlets.

 

I saw that there is a 2 person minimum occupancy per room. What If I’m coming alone?

That is fine, Home Bass prides itself on turning new connections into life long connections ask any of our guests from years prior. We have started a room sharing document in the EDC Orlando Travel facebook group to help our guests find other guests looking to share a room.

Does the Resort Only or Resort + Shuttle include my stay?

Rooms and stays are all purchased separately, you are able to adjust the time you stay, your rooming preference, and who stays in your room.

The resort only & resort + shuttle pass gives you access to events, shuttles, amenities at the resort, every person on property has to have one or the other.

Am I able to request a room next to a friends room?

Yes, we have a direct contact that the guest will email AFTER BOOKING (I REPEAT AFTER BOOKING) with their reservation # and last name. They will adjust their rooms to be next to each other.

Do I have to purchase a ticket to the Pre Party?

No, all guests who are staying with us Thursday night and pick up their credentials will have complimentary access to the pre party.

 

How many nights do you recommend we book at the resort?

We recommend staying with us 4 nights Thursday – Sunday. Come a day early and ease into the weekend with our complimentary pre-party. It’s a great way to meet others staying at the resort and to break in the weekend. We also recommend staying with us an extra day. No reason to leave right away with special Sunday night rates you can relax with us Sunday by the pool and enjoy a list of pre-scheduled activities Florida has to offer.

 

Are the excursions like ATVs, Airboats, and Ziplining included in this package?

They are not included but we will be providing transportation to and from each excursion. You can purchase on-site at the resort or on our Eventbrite website after you choose which pass you want.

Are we able to bring pets?

Animals and pets are not allowed, only if it is a service animal it will be allowed.

 

Can I bring my own cooler?

Yes, you may but it will not be allowed on the pool deck and must stay under 3ft in length.

Can I buy the shuttle pass by itself?

We do not offer shuttle passes by themselves at this time. You will need to purchase the resort + shuttle pass if you plan on taking the shuttle.

Do all guests in the room have to have the party/travel pass before you book the room? Can some get it after the room is booked?

Guests can purchase their resort only or resort + shuttle pass before or after the room is booked, they just need to lock it in prior to arrival.  Keep in mind prices do go up as passes sell out, to ensure getting it at the best price we suggest you buy yours at time of room booking or even before.

 

Do we need all guests info at time of booking or can they be added later on?
